Listed below are descriptions of many modules we have designed and implemented over the years. If you don't see what you need, bear in mind that all of these were designed in response to the needs of a client. Others can be designed and produced to your specifications, and at surprisingly affordable rates.

Message Board...
This is your online version of the cork bulletin board in the break
room. Keep everyone up to date with the latest company news and announcements.
But this is more than just a public bulletin board. You can leave
public messages here for the entire company, or target them to any
group of users. This gives you the ability to have semi-private
conversations with selected members of your team... the Sales Force,
or your Managers, or Managers and Administrative Personnel...Your call.
Calendars...
Convenient, integrated, personalized calendars for the entire crew. Managers and Administrators easily add and edit events which are replicated on the calendars of selected team members. (You have the same targeting options here as on the Message Board, above.)
Leads...
A lost lead is too often a lost sale. We can give you and your staff a central location for Lead entry and tracking. Leads can be instantly routed to the Inbox, Cell Phone, and/or Pager of the appropriate Rep. The system can then provide a convenient, central location for the Rep, his Supervisor, Management, and even the Vendor Rep to collaborate in the interest of closing the sale.
Quotes & Prices...
A cornerstone of our system, our State-Of-The-Art Quote builder gives your reps the ability to create, tailor, and print quotes (.pdf format) in the field. We can centralize price lists from different vendors and tailor the software to fit your pricing/discounting scheme.

forefront is well documented. Give your reps the luxury of knowing

Want to see the numbers for a particular Rep?... How about a

One of our most heavily used modules. Words can scarcely describe the
convenience and value of a centrally located library of those
ever-changing, critical documents that make your business go.
Promotional material, worksheets, material data sheets, product
details, prices... the list of possibilities is endless. Never
again will you email a new price list or spreadsheet to everyone
and have to hope they all get it. Just put it on the site and they
all have access to it within seconds.
Wouldn't it be nice to know that every member of the team has access
to the CORRECT version of the documents they need?
And like everything else on your site, you are in control. You decide
what to do with each document... Make it available on your public
website?... Limit access to only the Sales Force?... You decide.
Customer/Contact Directory...
Available in two versions, (utilizing data exports from your own
accounting software, or hosted entirely on our servers), this module
provides critical up-to-date contact info to your Sales Force.
A common "Knowledge Management" problem is the loss of
an employee's work-related contact info when companies and employees
part ways. Our Customers/Contacts module solves this problem and
provides unprecedented convenience.
Customer Activity Summary, an optional feature of the Customers/Contacts module, gives your rep one-click access to a comprehensive summary of all activity related to a particular account. Sales History, Backorders, Leads, Quotes... Everything a rep needs to plan his approach to the account, maximize his time on site, and make sure every sales opportunity is exploited on every visit.
